Paintings & Sculptures 19th-20th century, Silver, Antiques, Art Objects
Galerie St-John is a family business that has specialized in trading art, antiques, old books, solid silver, legacies and artists' and collectors' archives since 1980. They are constantly looking for surprising and high-quality collection pieces. More than 3000 art objects, each with a unique background, style, material and dimensions, are exhibited in the beautiful setting of an 18th century baroque chapel in the historic center of Ghent.
Growing up among artists and graduating in Art History at Ghent University has deeply ingrained the passion for both the quality and history of artworks. The art historical background forms the basis for the careful selection that is made. Authenticity, originality, craftsmanship and aesthetics are the core values that have been shared with the customers in the gallery for more than 30 years.
